Spring Break- Part 1 (Waterpark)

We went back to Wisconsin for Sean's "Spring Break"!  On Tuesday of our week, we went to Timber Ridge Resort and Indoor Waterpark.  We met up with my mom and dad, my brother, Scott, his wife, Lindsey, and our nieces Hailey and Penny.  Sean's mom stopped by for a while too.  We arrived and checked-in, then got ready to swim!

We spent a few hours in the waterpark.  Elena wanted to do what her cousin Hailey was doing, so she went all the way to the top of the big slide tower with Aunt Lindsey; she even got into the double innertube with Aunt Lindsey before she chickened out.  However, soon after that, she wanted to try again.  She went all the way up with Daddy this time, AND SHE DID IT!  She even did the green slide one more time with Mommy!  We were so proud of her bravery, considering Mommy is kind of a water chicken...

...then we took a break for lunch back in room (with this particular day package, we got a room for the day along with some waterpark passes!).  Ben and Grandma stayed in the room and napped while the rest of us went to the Arcade for a while.  Then we re-suited up, and hit the water again!

When we were fully waterlogged, we went back to the room for Chili dinner and rented a movie, "Smurfs"!  It was quite a successful, fun-filled day :-) On our drive back to my parent's house that evening, my dad commented on how nice it was to spend the day at a waterpark/hotel, and then be home in 10 minutes, as opposed to coming home from the Dells, which takes several hours...
